Our dough is made fresh every day, using only the best Italian flour, salt, water, and yeast. We let our dough prove for at least 24 hours, creating a light thin-based pizza, topped with carefully selected Italian and British ingredients. Stretched by hand, and cooked at 400 degrees in our stone oven, our Thin Crust Stone-Baked Pizzas are wonderfully flavoursome and something you really must experience.
